It would be helpful if we could see the last 20-40 patients rather than just 10. On busy days you might have moved to several different patients then realized you filed something wrong or forgot to do something but cannot always remember the patient. I know power users can look at our audit log but in our clinic only 2 doctors are power users and they are not always here or have the time to do it
