Ability to rearrange Medical History or Problem List in EMR Merged

It would be incredibly useful to be able to drag and drop the list of medical history, so we can prioritize certain problems to the top of the list.  Currently, unless you enter them that way, the new history item goes to the bottom

    If you right-click on an item in the "History of Problems" band, you can pin a problem, which will bring it to the top of the list.
