I want to be able to put my billing macros in from the schedular appointment box.

Marking appointments as no charge must be done from the scheduler, but billing cannot be done from this screen. I find myself flipping back and forth or having multiple screens open which is a pain.

Sorry to clarify, I'd like to Bill from the pop up screen when adding a new appointment. That is because I have a very high volume of walk-ins and it would be great to quickly put billing in as I add them to the schedule. I am a small clinic and do a lot of my own scheduling and all my own billing. Anything that saves a few clicks is valuable!

From the Appointment Details window, there's a small icon at the bottom called "Ad Hoc Billing Macro" where you can quickly enter a Procedure Code or Billing Macro to the claim.

To clarify I mean when a new appointment is booked to be able to click somewhere and easily add a macro to edit. I do have macros attached to appointment types but they are a lot of times I need to add a different billing code or mark someone as no charge who was a no show. I'm looking for somewhere you can put no charge and billing in on the same screen.

You can bill from the scheduler (although I'm not sure why you would) by right-clicking on an appointment and selecting "Claim Details"

You can also mark as no charge from the billing module, by right-clicking and selecting "Options" then "No charge" or by pressing F4 and right-clicking on the appointment.
