problems with referral que

it is very irritating to have an update done and then a function that used to work well - NO LONGER WORKS!!!, MY STAFF HAS NOT UPDATED THEIR CPU AND THUS IT STILL WORKS ON THEIR LIST!, specifically the SEND AND NEXT FUNTION NO LONGER REMOVES THE LETTER FROM THE QUE AND NO LONGER BRINGS UP THE NEXT LETTER , PLEASE FIX THIS THANX

    A fix has been released to address this issue. The fix can be found in build number 2017.01.881, which was released last week.

    We found the same issue in our instance and I was informed that this is a known issue and it is currently being investigated.
