Recurring Billing Options in all Provinces

Have a recurring billing module for a patient on a weekly basis for repeated billings -

The scheduler has the ability for recurring appointments for a time frame which you can specify for a patient. Would like similar in billing module so can enable billing billings for a patient on a weekly basis with fee codes ,diagnostic codes and location for a specific Doctor. This would greatly improve the ability to code for weekly peritoneal dialysis patients which get billed weekly.

    This does exist in British Columbia instances of Accuro, specifically for Dialysis billing as mentioned in the description.

    Please call Client Services at 1-866-729-8889 and ask them to enable the BC Batch Billing Module. This is not to be confused with the Batch Billing Settings available within the Claim Details window.

    When BC Batch Billing is enabled, a new tab is visible in the Patients section of Accuro called Batch Billing. Here you can set the days of the week, diagnosis and complete the rest of the details for dialysis billing.

    There are also 3 configuration options that can be set prior to billing in this manner:

    1. Manage Batch Billing Codes

    2. Manage Batch Billing Locations

    3. Manage Batch Location Billing Provider

    Since this feature is not available in all provinces, we will leave this Idea to gather more feedback.

    I agree with above. It would be very useful to have the option for recurrent billing for example every 3 weeks or month. This would substantially decrease the time it takes to enter the billing informaton for certain billing codes.

    Recurring billing would also be very useful in other areas of medicine as well.
