moving the notes box location in the Labs section under the Home tab

notes box currently located at bottom of labs: could it not be moved into a separate area above or below the labs section so that one can write notes as they scroll through the bloodwork? As it is, one has to either memorize all the labs resulted, write them down and transcribe into the notes box or keep scrolling down to write in the notes box: not efficient. Or scrap the notes box and add a Description box like the one we get in the Documents section of the Home tab.
