Ability to merge 2 doctors when entered twice

If a doctor was accidentally added twice it would be nice to be able to merge the two together

    The option to Merge providers is available from either the Address Book or Provider Management (F2) screen.

    The Feature Access for Merge Providers must be enabled for the user, or Role the user belongs to in order to see this button. If you do not see Merge for providers and feel you should have this option, contact your System Admin.

    if you use the F2 function, there is the option of merging providers
