When inserting instructions for the prescriptions, the boxes should all be the same size, you can only see 2 digits at a time, but if the the boxes are bigger to see atleast 3 digits, it would be more convenient as errors can be made when all the numbers can not be seen. Infact errors of rx being 301 have already been made and since the box is only veiwable of 2 digits you can only see 30 and the 1 is not visible though it is there.
Example: the box for 30 days will be see but if you want 100 days only the 00 will be seen.
Also the defaulted numbers that show up should be blank allowing the physicians to insert whichever they want right away instead of removing the 1 or the 0 then inserting the number.
I am retiring this Submission, as I have not received clarifying information.
If additional feedback is provided, it can be re-opened for consideration.
Hello,
Could you please clarify; are you referring to the management of dosages for a medication?
