Collapse 'Select Attachments' by Default

When selecting an attachment to a letter or fax, the accordion lists are expanded. The user then has to collapse the various headings to make visible the pertinent heading and select the appropriate attachment. It's a small frustration, though should not be too difficult to remedy from a programming standpoint. This minor design flaw should be customizable if not collapsible by default.

    This would be great as in large charts in letter generator you need scroll by many things which you never attach, such as requisitions, to get to documents and lab that want to attach. It would be good to be user customizable and that would remember your preference, such as everything collapsed except lab and documents. Even having user default to be all collapsed , or all expanded would be very helpful.

    In secure message when may attach items it would be good to have same feature here.
