Annotation Box Handles Need to Be Smaller

Annotation Box 'handles' (which are used to move annotation boxes around) are much larger than their content. If adding notations on the right hand of the page, there is some difficulty as the handle is too big sometimes. We often encounter that the 'handles' are large rectangular boxes for single letter  content (ex. 'x' to check a box for replies to a pharmacist). Furthermore, it makes it frustrating to annotate documents where multiple large handles overlap. This needs to be corrected to allow more maneuverability to form editing.
