Sometimes, when patient appointments are made, they are not saved in the scheduler and this issue will persist even after restarting Accuro. Users have had to request their fellow users to help them create appointments which disrupts workflow and inefficient. If this could be resolved that would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Michelle, the issue you are reporting here does not sound like intended functionality of Accuro. A user should not have to attempt restarting Accuro in order to schedule an appointment.
I realize this entry is a few months old, and I did not see any open tickets on your account regarding this issue, but if this is still persisting, please contact us at 1-866-729-8889 so that we can investigate the cause.
