Minimize Screen when adding New Patients

Many times when I am entering newborns & new patients, people are arriving & I have close my window so that I can arrive the patients, then start to re-enter all over again.  Would be nice if I didn't have to close.

    Admin response

As commented below, you can use the shortcut ALT + click to open another Accuro window. This could work 2 ways:

    1. If you are entering a new patient through either F6 or the Patients section, hold ALT and click on the Scheduler to check the patient in. You can then close the new scheduler window and go back to adding your patient

    2. If you use ALT + click on the Patients section, you can keep this window open separate from your main Accuro window and continue to add patients from here while working in the Scheduler or any other area of Accuro.

You can hold down the ALT button on the keyboard to click on your other needed screen (ie. if you're in Patients and need to go to Scheduler, do ALT Scheduler), and it will open a new window for you so you don't loose any of the information from your other.  Even if you're in F6 :)
