You can already set recurring appointments in Accuro.
Right-click on an appointment Slot and select Create Appointment (the Appointment Details window opens). Update the appointment details as required.
At the very bottom of this window, just above the buttons, there is a grey strip that says "Recurring" - click this and it will give you the options to create recurring appointments.
