I like to colour block schedules ie Call day, DEC day etc but still book appointments. Because of the way ACCURO displays I can always see the template unless I have carried it into the day. It would be great to be able to block the whole day with a template if I wanted to but then book appointments over top.
Hi, thanks for your idea. We might need some clarification from you on what you are requesting.
There are 2 options for the display of a template, Group and Single Line. (see attached image).
If you apply the template as single line, you can easily schedule appointments overtop of the template for any length of time.
Does this help your situation?
