Please, Please, Please!!!!! Apply this for Providers. This is desperatley needed. So many providers have very difficult names to say/pronounce and patients are using Alias's for them. Or the doctor is registered as one name but goes by another name.
ex: Dr. Reza Mohammadirouhi goes by Dr. Reza Rouhi
