Have the option to select multiple providers and service dates when entering billings (especially for private invoices)

It would be useful to be able to add multiple providers and dates when entering a private invoice, as sometimes we get a month's worth of Neonatal billings that go back and forth between the same five or six physicians. It's not user friendly to create several invoices for that month because we cannot select a different physician or date. There should be a way to combine them all into one invoice.
