Form Components for Patient First and Last Name "first initial"

There is currently a form component for "patient middle initial". In some cases it may be required to have the patient's first name initial or last name initial. It would be nice if there could be built in components for the first and last name as well as middle name. 

 

Use case would be for certain enzyme replacement therapy forms, the therapy needs to be evaluated for the patient but the company does not need the patient's full name. 

 

There is no current way to build your own component short of creating custom fields in the Patient Demographics.
