Flashing Light or Notification in Traffic/ Waiting Room

Due to heavy clinic days, patients who are waiting for more than an hour or so should get a notification or a flashing light beside their names.  It would be very beneficial for both parties, patients and employees.    This update would draw attention whoever needs to be seen right away, which makes our busy clinic days run as smoothly as possible.
