Ability to change FONT for INTRODUCTIONS

Currently there is one set font for your introduction (when you generate letter the introduction is where the patient identifier details show up and the referring physician address). You are unable to change the font, like you are with the header, footer, or body.  It doesn't make any sense why you aren't able to do that. Having so many different fonts and sizes makes a letter look unprofessional.

    The font of the Provider Introduction can be changed using the instructions below. I have created a case for our Client Services team to assist.

    1. Press the F2 shortcut key

    2. Select the Provider from the list

    3. Click Configure

    4. Click Next until you reach the Edit Headers Step

    5. Click on the Default Header then the Pencil icon for edit

    6. Click Manage Styles

    7. BODY will change the Introduction and Medical History
      TD will change the Headers and Footers

    I have tried this and the font for the letter introduction is still not changing to the font I want. Please advise.
