When right clicking on an appointment we use the menu to "arrive patients, cut appointments, mark left message, etc". As we click on a function the menu automatically disappears. Is it possible to get the menu to stay up in case we have multiple functions to click on? For instance we will attempt to contact a patient, and if no answer is received then we will leave a LM - Left message symbol, and once we receive a call back form the patient we would then have to right click on the appointment to open the menu to remove the LM and then would have to right click on the appointment again to open to menu to select C - Confirmed. We would like a way that we could click on the LM to remove, and click on the C to add all in one function so that we don't have to keep opening up the menu.
Thanks so much!
