generate daily summary of billings

For tax purposes it would be useful to break down remittances into the totals billed on each day and which calendar year and hence tax year the income should be apportioned. It can also let you see daily what your billing totals are versus the present summary report that  only gives the gross total for a date range.   Healthscreen which I used before had this feature.
