Create multiple patient routing slips at once.

    If you save your patient routing slips as Forms in the Form Editor under the Category of "Chart Sheet" then you are able to use the tool for "Batch Chart Sheets". For assistance with form editing, call our Client Services help desk at 1-866-729-8889

    Once the form is saved in the Chart Sheet category, open the Accuro menu by tapping ALT and type in "batch" to find the Batch Chart Sheet tool. Alternatively, use the shortcut CTRL + F9 to open the tool.

    The Batch Chart Sheet tool allows you to choose:

    • the provider for which appointments are booked

    • which chart sheet you wish to print (if there is more than one)

    • if you want the page printed in order of provider, date or file number

    • and the dates of appointments you want to print the sheets for

    Once you select your criteria, press the 'Print' button to print multiple forms at once.

    Hey Jackie, in Accuro there isn't a way to print 2 separate patients on one form. However, there could be a way to print 2 forms per page in your printer settings. I am investigating this and will contact you directly.

    This is great BUT, you can only add one patient per page and I have 2 routing slips per page so if there is a way to list 2 patients per page that would be great!! I have attached a page for reference.
