This was a function when we first used the Accuro EMR schedular. Now when you see a green check mark beside a patient's name that only indicates it was valid the last time it was checked, not necessarily the date you're working on. When the MOA's or RN's get busy they don't check this and we get way too many version code rejections to fix. Most office's validate the schedular in the morning, but forget to do this with same day patients.
A couple of options:
1. In the system settings, you can set a length of time to "expire" the green check from the previous visit.
2. If you swipe the healthcard, it will check the status and there is also a checkbox to automatically mark as arrived at the same time.
