Have outstanding requisitions tab automatically show all orders when opened

It would be nice to have all orders automatically listed when the tab is opened, even if older than six months.  Offices can then add filters to narrow the search if they want.  I don't see the purpose of opening a tab and have nothing  listed until you click a button.

    The Outstanding Requisitions, Referrals and Orders report purposely does not load all outstanding orders so that there is no lag if this report is open inadvertently. If the report loaded all outstanding orders by default, and there were many outstanding orders it could take longer to open the window. Users that opened the report accidentally would not want to wait for the orders to load simply to close the window.
