I like to use a graph sometimes, and then track data over the course of days using a pen
There are a couple ways that you could draw on a document through Accuro EMR.
If the document is saved as a form in the Form Editor, like your example of a graph. You could create a Form from a pdf or an image of a graph, then when this form is opened on the patient demographics select the pen tool from the drawing tools in the upper right of the window. You can modify the colour and change the thickness of the pen too. With the pen tool selected, and your preferences set, draw anywhere on the form itself to mark it up.
If the document was scanned or faxed and filed to a patient's Virtual Chart as a document, you can right click on the Document from the Virtual Chart and choose 'Annotate'. In the annotation window, use the highlighter tool to draw a small box on the document. The box can be resized and moved wherever you wish on the document itself.
