Add 'Arrived' Status in Quick Patient Appointments View

In the schedule in Accuro, you are able to right-click on an appointment and set the status to 'arrived'. However, many of our clients have multiple appointments all over the place, so it is difficult to find it in the main schedule. If you select an appointment and hit F4, it brings up the Quick Patient Appointment View window, which shows all of that patient's appointments. 
From there, we can right-click on a specific appointment and there are some options to select. We want to have the option to select 'arrived' on this menu.
