When opening a new bill, it is easier to just start typing the pt's name, without having to remember to move the cursor into the right spot to ring up the patient demographics. I have a feeling this was there before, but has disappeared now.
Thank you for your Idea, I believe you are correct and this functionality used to exist but currently when you add a new bill for a patient in Accuro the cursor does not default to the Patient Search field.
I have opened a support ticket to investigate this further. We may contact you to collect more information.
A fix for this issues was released in build 2017.30.4, spring 2020.
Thank You! When you are so ysed to typing right away, that you fo it without looking up at the screen, and then later find that what you typed went nowhere, it is very frustrating - and a huge time waster. Thanks for working in this.
