Quick Allergy Add

It would be awesome to just click over the allergy feild in the patient demographics band or have a quick allergy button to update a patient chart, rather than having to open the EMR>

    Hi Kelly,

My apologies, the status of this idea was unintentionally changed. There is not a function presently to click on the patient status bar and make demographic/CPP edits, or to add it to the docked actions in Accuro.

Currently that would need to be done in the Medications tab of the EMR, in the Encounter Notes tab via the Medical History band for Allergies OR via the alternative I suggested above. It is a keyboard shortcut called the "Quick Patient Actions". If you hit CTRL+F10 on your keyboard (from any area of Accuro), a separate window will pop-up. It can be expanded, or minimized, and will be refreshed with each loaded patient, but it allows you to complete quick actions like creating tasks and bills, and managing medical history entries.

You can also read more about it here, in the Accuro User Guide.

    Thank you for clarifying!

CTRL+F10 can be used to load Quick Patient Actions, allowing you to update a patient's CPP (including allergies) without navigating to the EMR.
