It would be nice to pull the patient's pharmacy onto encounter notes and or forms

    As Andrew mentions below, you can use the pre=existing tags in the Template Wizard for patient pharmacy information to appear in your notes.

    Accuro Menu > Tools > Template Wizard > Select your Note template > right click where you want the Pharmacy information > hover over "Patient" and choose the desired pharmacy tags, one at a time.

    Although there is no component in the Form Editor for Pharmacy information, there is a work around:

    1. Open any Form in the Form Editor (for assistance with the Form Editor, please contact Client Services at 1-866-729-8889)

    2. Drag and drop a Text Area or Text Field Component onto the form

    3. Copy and Paste the desired tags:

      <PATPHARMACYNAME>

      <PATPHARMACYADDRESS>

      <PATPHARMACYCITY>, <PATPHARMACYPROVINCE>

      <PATPHARMACYPOSTALCODE>

      <PATPHARMACYPHONE>

      <PATPHARMACYFAX>

    4. Once you open the Form on a patient, as long as the Pharmacy is recorded in their demographics, the information will populate where the tag exists.

    You can do this for encounter notes. Right-click in the Template Editor, and under the Patient tags, all of the demographic information is available to insert in a template.
