Add ability to mass update billing service codes or diagnostic codes

Would be useful to be able to highlight a group of claims and be able to change the service code and or diagnostic code for all claims at once.

This would help if users have used the wrong code multiple times, or when during COVID, new government billing codes are added or changed after physicians have completed billings.

Additionally useful in our clinic where we've realized that shadow billing was incorrect and to be able to easily go back and change fix these unsubmitted bills.
