We use OCEAN for patient to complete screening questionnaire.
Then the questionnaire and results are imported into Accuro.
However, because everything is simply text-based after being imported to Accuro from OCEAN. The score of the screening questionnaire can not be pulled into the query report, in a single column.
Instead of pushing your score from your screening questionnaire into the text based note in Accuro, you can map your answers from your Ocean eForm to a lab value in Accuro EMR. Then you'd be able to easily report on this lab value through the Query Builder.
For more information on how to do this, please see the Ocean support page here: https://support.cognisantmd.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002163612-Accuro-Mapping-Answers-from-an-Ocean-eForm-to-a-Lab-Value
Thanks Lauren!
This is exactly what I need.
I am surprised that all three reps I spoke with at QHR (2 specialized in OCEAN and labs support, 1 general accuro tech support) last week were not aware of this guidance document.
