Access forms directly from the note window.

It would be awesome if I could send forms directly from an open note to save the time of going out of the note to get into a form (ex bloodwork). Being able to do it from one location would be fantastic.

    Hi Alison,
    Thank you for the tips. I have been using those ones for quite some time and they are very handy.
    I would still find it very helpful to be able to add a form directly from the note so that it is not necessary to click out, ex just like it's possible to do with the medications, or for adding any history items. Would be a big time saver for me.

    As a alternative workflow, you can add a shortcut to a form you use frequently in the Quick Action Bar.

    1. Go to: Accuro Menu > File > User Preferences > Display > Configure Actions > Under Selections: <+> > Under 'Select a Custom Action', choose Custom Form Action > Set your parameters > <OK> > <Apply> > <OK>

    2. You can alternatively add the "New Form" quick action, which when clicked will prompt you to choose exactly which form you would like to use.
      Go to: Accuro Menu > File > User Preferences > Display > Configure Actions > Under 'Search Preconfigured Actions', uncheck: Only Show Primary Actions > Search: New Form > Select > <Add> > <Apply> > <OK>
