Allow list of medical diagnosis in History of Problems to be movable Merged

Allow us to move one diagnosis above or below the others.

Allows flexibilty to list them by importance/severity

Can even list them alphabetically

Current programming too restrictive in that only listed by date of entry or date of onset

Patient's illnesses change in severity or importance over time

    Thank you for your feedback. There is already a submission regarding organizing/prioritizing the History of Problems; this has been merged accordingly.
