Search pt's by Title (mr, mrs, ms)

All of our pts are under 18 years of age, some how lots of them have the title of Mrs even male pts. Would like to search for the titles in reports so I can remove them all as it seems even when I take them off and save. Some come back again? Or at least if we could turn it off for our office.

we do have that setting turned off but some from before we knew the button existed. And some we have no idea how they were changed.

    Hi Amanda,

Default field values for creating new patients are User Specific. If you go to Accuro Menu > File > User Preferences > Defaults, you can change Default Title to --None-- (then <Apply> and <OK>) so that when YOU create new patients, the title is not defaulted. Other users will need to update their own preferences to stop the automated application. When submitting New User forms to the Service Desk in future, you can add a note to ask that whomever completes the request copies the user preferences of an existing user, so that the defaults do not revert again.

At this time it is not possible to query patient titles. I will open your submission up to voting.
