MB Home Clinic Manager Add User Sort

When adding a user to a clinic to the Home Clinic Manager, the drop-down list has the users listed by their first and last name. However, the sort order is actually by username. It makes it very difficult to find the user to add when their username may not be related to their first name. Change the drop-down list to either show usernames, or change the sort to actually be first and last name.

    To be clear with the merged request, I am talking about two different places that need changing. This one is for looking at the list of usernames to add to a clinic. The names of the list of clinics needs to be sorted as well.

    We also have some older accounts that only had Display name entered, no first/last name, so they show up as blank in the list. Just seeing username would probably be more helpful than the first/last/display name fields.
