Hello,
For capitalizing the start of sentences with dragon in your clinical notes, please try:
EMR > Encounter Notes > Load Patient > Select a clinical note templates > Options (upper left corner) > Select "Auto Capitalize Sentences"
Putting a period and a space to end the previous sentence will help Accuro/Dragon know to use a capital for the new sentence.
