Delete provider directly from address book

Need ability to be able to easily delete (and even change to inactive) directly within the address book. Contacts and pharmacies already have as easy delete option. Providers needs one as well. Our address book was copied from another EMR and it was poorly mainted. We currently have to delete incorrect entries one by one. It is very frustrating.

I agree with this 100%! I had the same issue. But it looks like if the providers are attached to a chart, you cannot just delete them. It becomes a medico-legal issue. But this makes some address books very messy and frustrating.
