In Accuro, if you add or remove a Tracking Pin on Tracked Claims, the activity of adding or removing pins is not tracked in the Audit Logs.
If you accidentally remove a pin and don't realize it, you have no way of tracking down the patient you're now missing that flag on.
If you think you did the action recently, you can press 'F1' > 'Enter' in a patient search field which should load the 10 most recently selected patients, but this may not always catch the mistake/issue.
Ideally it would show up under either Save Claim or Update Patient "Activity".
