It would be nice to have a visual clue that a patient has successfully registered on Medeo so that staff knows they can send documents using the integrated messaging facility.
It would also be nice to be able to access that information in report query rules.

After an Accuro Patient has successfully received a Message from Medeo, had a Video Visit or scheduled an appointment through Online Booking, there is a field in their Demographics called "Medeo Patient ID" that is populated with the ID of their Medeo account.
This field is query-able.
Also through the Query Builder, you have the ability to mass apply Patient Flags to all patients that match your criteria.
Although it would be nice to have this happen automatically, you could create a Patient Flag for "Medeo". Run a Query for all patients who have a Medeo Patient ID. And mass apply the flag to these patients.
Then, either weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc. You could run a Query for all patients who have a Medeo Patient ID but do not have the Flag yet and re-apply the flag to all patients new to Medeo.
I realize this may be additional work, and your Idea to have this happen automatically is great, but while it is not possible at this time I thought this alternative could help?
