Make virtual chart more organized

Having boxes/categories (like a 2x3, 2x4 or 3x3 grid) to organize the patients charts would be so much more helpful.

For example, Referrals, Consults, Labs, Requisitions, Insurance, Miscellanous. Allow these to be renamed so that clinics can customize how they want their charts organized


Also, instead of having so many options for filing documents.. simplify it. Allow us to only have to name the document. (ex. 2021jan22_con_doctor), a box for a short note (max 30 characters) and then file to chart.

A checkbox for "send to provider) can be next to the file document button. This way it can go to provider inbox as needed. Not an entirely separate button like the current setup


Each category can have sorting options by name, date, user etc.


Another EMR (starts with "Pl- - - a) uses this format and it is extremely user friendly and way less complicated. It makes it easier to find a particular type of document, as opposed to the current method Accuro uses, since it would be clearly laid out by each category the clinic wants.

    On a similar note, the column headings should remain adjusted. I will adjust these to maximize organization when in Virtual chart, but they will never be saved. The next time I open Accuro they have reset. For example, I will fit Date, "I", Type and SubType to the text/column, since these columns do not have much text. This was I maximize the space for Note which will often have more info (e.g. Labs with all the various lab values). However, the next time I log in, it will have reset and then some "lines" will take up many lines to list all the Notes. I do like to have it collapse since then if you click on a line that has more info, it expands and everything moves. So trying to move quickly and double clicking something then opens the wrong item. There must be a better way for this to display where the info is displayed efficiently without moving around or resetting everytime.
