Add role based or global messages from Query results

For patients that require additional screening based on query results, we'd like the ability to add role based and global pop up messages to patients from query results window.


While this is done, please add remove role based and global message from query results action.

    Just to clarify the ending, it should read

    While you add "Add role based or global message" to query results, could you also add "remove role based or global message" action to query results
