    I'm curious what your workflow is here?


    If you go into your Medications tab in the EMR you can right-click on any prescription and choose Change Status > Discontinue (etc.).


    Then in the Prescription Status window, you can choose to include the discontinue notice on a Generated Prescription, and even add a new drug to the prescription to either Print or Fax back to the pharmacy.
