Please make document provider field queryable

We are trying to do a query on certain reports that were uploaded through the documents section. Provider is not an option to query or a field that displays in the results. eg. unable to find all mammograms for a certain provider. We are aware of the option to only search for patients of a certain provider - but that is not a viable option for us). Forms and notes are query able by provider, documents should be as well.

    I also think that the queried data output should include a column with the provider name for documents as well as for forms.
