Billings are manually being passed to my MOA to place in accuro. An app to directly insert this would make alot of sense.
Alison, also I have the idea that one should be able to call patients via a VOIP internet phone based system, through your desk top, via accurro. Simply by clicking patients telephone number.

Thank you for clarifying. Are you working predominantly in-office, or in a hospital setting?
I work in British Columbia. I have paper billing cards which I tick the relevant boxes for each billing code for services provided, I fill in patient details manually including time of spent with patient. Then at end of week I give all my billing cards to my MOA who goes through each one and enters my billing on Accuro. It would be much simpler if I could simply scan the patient sticker... demo graphics and patient numbers automatically uploaded. The I add the data via the app through drop down boxes or select tick boxes and press enter when the data is uploaded to my Accuro billing section
