When printing batch sheets for a day, like consents, some patients scheduled might not need the sheet. It would be nice to be able to select appts like you can do when you print a day sheet.
So i just tried the query builder as was suggested and it is way more complicated than just being able to click the "batch chart sheet" button from the preconfigured actions list.
It would be way better to have options within that button to choose to exclude certain appointment types and also to choose specific time ranges (at least two ranges would be nice) ie: 0800-1030 and 1330-1500
Are you familiar with the Query Builder at all?
You can build a Query for all appointments on a specific date, with a certain type, or even for patients that already have a consent form saved to their chart in the last x days. Whatever your criteria may be.
Then, from your Query Results, you can select all patients or even a subset of the patients and mass print a specific form from the Query Actions.
