Add indicators or color coding to role based popups

When popups contain information for 1 group but all pertaining to different departments it would be nice to color code them somehow. So when reception sees a green dot they know it is in regards to an outstanding payment and they should direct the patient that way.

In my example attachment is very simple wording, but many times there are 1 or 2 lines per message. Reception would not have to read through all of these if they were color coded depending on patient contact.

Patient comes to pay a bill but has a popup with several messages about not booking appointments with orange dot. Because the orange dot is there, they do not need to read as it doesn't pertain to why the patient is here. This gives them effiencey throughout their day with patient visits and phone calls.

Attached is how I think it could look. It's based on the status dots that can be added in scheduler.
