Finish implementing the "Unread Patient Messages" rule

Query rule "Unread Patient Messages" has 1 constraint! "Converstaion created."

It has some GREAT fields to display which we should be able to constrain by, such as:

  • Author

  • Subject

  • Delegate

  • Conversation Status

Searching by "conversation created" date ONLY is a bit of an assumption that it is the only reason we want to use this query. We want to use it to filter by author and some standard subjects we use.

Maybe outside the scope of this idea is the fact that the query rule, in my opinion, should be called "Patient Messages" with "Unread" being a contstraint we can query against. Sometimes we'd like to find messages that are "Read".


With only one constraint I feel this rule isn't fully implemnted and that's why I'd like you to finish it.
