It is useful so if a message has been sent specially none patient related, you can still track if the message has already been dealt with or it has been acknowledged.
Hello,
In Wolf EMR, all messages/mails whether patient related or not, we are able to go to a certain tab it says “report” and all messages whether completed or not can be seen. Main reason that this feature maybe helpful is that we are able to see and track if a message has been dealt with or still pending regardless if it is a patient related issue or inter office messaging.
Thank you.
Warm regards,
Eli Gonzales

Hi and thank you for your Idea! Could you please provide a little more information about what you are requesting?
Right now, if you are using Mail in Accuro, you can mark any completed Mail Messages as Reviewed to clear it out of your Inbox. This would indicate the message was dealt with. It is recommended to only leave messages in your Inbox that you still need to work on.
Alternatively, you can make your own Folders for Mail Messages and manually file messages into these folders. You could create one for "Completed", "To do", etc. to help keep track of which mail messages need your attention.
