    Hey Susan, thanks for the reply.

    Our suggestion would be to make a patient file for "Administration" or something like that. You could name them "Office Documents" for example.

    Then you can file all these types of non-patient related documents to your administrative patient. And you'll know where they all are to recall at a later date.

    Hi Lauren,

    Looking for an option/box to send information (faxes) like updates and seminars, etc... that we receive and cannot assign to a patient.

    Hi and thank you for your Idea! I wanted to clarify with you, when you say "another option/box" are you looking for a free text box to record this type of information?


    Or are you looking for a new Document Type to add into your dropdown to categorize the documents you are filing?
