distribution list for faxing

We send out our oncall schedule to many people each month. it would be helpful to have a distribution list in our address book so all these people can be grouped into one address book entry instead of finding each person individually. Would be a lot less time consuming.

    Yes, please! On the regular, I need to fax a patient's appointment letter to the same multiple fax #'s. It would be way better if I had a distribution list. (This is for a majority of our patients, not just one.)
